每天早上醒来,发现枕头上掉满头发,或看着一缕缕头发随着水流流进排水口,总是令人感到不安。对许多女性来说,头发不仅影响外表,更与自信息息相关。因此,当发现掉发比平时明显增加时,难免会感到焦虑,甚至有些沮丧好消息是,您并不孤单,而且在许多情况下,脱发是可以改善的 

掉多少头发才算正常?

很多人不知道,其实每天掉头发是正常现象。一般来说,女性每天会自然掉落约 50 至 100 根头发,这是头发生长周期的一部分。头发会经历生长、休止及脱落的过程,随后新的头发会重新长出来,取代脱落的旧发。真正需要注意的是,当掉发速度超过头发生长速度,或毛囊停留在休止期过久,导致新头发迟迟无法长出时,就可能出现脱发问题 

一个简单的方法就是用手轻轻梳理干发,并轻轻拉一下。如果只是掉几根头发,属于正常现象;如果每次都掉下一小撮头发,就值得多加留意 

为什么女性会脱发?

女性脱发通常并非只有单一原因,更常见的是多种因素共同作用所导致。 

a)荷尔蒙变化更年期,或多内分泌代谢性卵巢综合征等所引起的荷尔蒙波动,可能扰乱头发正常的生长周期,并导致暂时但明显的掉发。

b)营养不足:当身体缺乏铁、锌或生物素等重要营养素时,会优先将营养供应给重要器官,使头发无法获得足够的营养支持,影响正常生长

c)压力严重的身体或心理压力,可能使大量毛囊同时进入休止期,并在数个月后出现明显的头发稀疏现象

d) 紧绷的发型与热损伤: 长期绑紧马尾、编发,以及频繁使用高温造型工具,都会持续拉扯头发,随着时间削弱发丝,并损害毛囊。

如何改善脱发?

脱发虽然令人困扰,但只要采取正确的方法,就能帮助维持头发健康,并促进新发生长。最有效的方法就是结合体内营养补充与外部护理,为头发创造理想的生长环境 

a) 注重营养摄取:在日常饮食中加入鸡蛋、深绿色蔬菜、坚果、鱼类及豆类等食物,以摄取丰富的蛋白质、铁及维生素。

b) 考虑服用补充剂: 如果忙碌的生活让您难以维持均衡饮食,可选择营养全面、含有多种营养素的补充剂。

c) 管理压力:保持充足睡眠、规律运动,并安排时间让自己放松身心。
