At VitaHealth, wellness has always meant more than supplements. It begins with people, grows through families, and comes to life in the communities that inspire healthier habits every day. True wellness is built when people move together, support one another, and create an environment where everyone can thrive.

This belief continues to guide our commitment to community health and active living. VitaHealth is proud to renew our partnership with Majlis Sukan Negeri Pulau Pinang (MSNPP) as the official health supplement partner for the third consecutive year.

As Penang’s athletes prepare for the 22nd Malaysia Games (SUKMA 2026) in Selangor this August, our collaboration looks beyond competition toward something deeper: a shared commitment to invest in the everyday foundation of local youth, strengthen community wellness, and build lasting impact through sports.

Sport as the Heartbeat of the Community

For VitaHealth, sport has never been about the scoreboard alone. What makes it truly meaningful is the community behind every athlete, the discipline built through years of training, and the values that shape a stronger generation. Sport is the heartbeat of the community, bringing people together, getting everyone moving, and inspiring healthy daily habits.

Every athlete’s journey carries unseen sacrifices. It takes immense dedication to balance demanding training schedules and early mornings with studies, work, and personal commitments. Because our athletes are not full-time professionals, they are ordinary people doing extraordinary things. They serve as true role models who inspire healthier choices in our schools and homes while paving the way for a healthier Malaysia tomorrow.

This year, VitaHealth is committing a one-year health supplement sponsorship valued at RM100,000 to keep Penang’s athletes properly fueled and in peak condition. We are also providing RM50,000 in cash sponsorship for the IMPACT project, extending our support to the SUKMA team, Para SUKMA team, Deaf Sports athletes, PACE, and the overseas swimming training camp. In addition, we are proud to sponsor jerseys for the SUKMA and Para SUKMA contingent.

Because wellness should be inclusive. Every athlete deserves the right support, recognition, and opportunity to perform with confidence. Whether on the court, track, or field, every effort matters, and every athlete deserves to feel valued by the community they proudly represent.

The Support System Behind the Athletes

Great achievements are never individual. This collaboration celebrates the entire village that raises a champion, including the families who continue to believe, the coaches who guide with unwavering dedication, and the sports associations.

To formalise this ongoing commitment, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Mr Harry Chai, Director of MSNPP, and Dr KS Beh, Chief Executive Officer of VitaHealth Malaysia and Singapore. The signing was witnessed by YB Daniel Gooi, Penang EXCO for Youth, Sports and Health; Ms See Swee Sie, President of the IMPACT Committee; and Ms Elysse Ngan, Senior Marketing Manager of VitaHealth. The event was also attended by Prof. Madya Ts Dr. Mohd Sharizal bin Abdul Aziz, President of Persatuan Sukan dan Rekreasi Orang Kurang Upaya Pulau Pinang, and Mr Surendran Balakrishnan, Deputy President of Persatuan Sukan Orang Pekak Pulau Pinang.

Building a Healthier Malaysia Tomorrow

Supporting athletes is part of a bigger purpose, which is creating healthier communities for generations to come. Together with MSNPP, VitaHealth remains committed to building a stronger, more inclusive sporting community, supporting youth development, and driving meaningful environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impact far beyond competition. By investing responsibly in people, championing inclusion, and upholding good governance through partnerships like this, we are helping nurture a healthier, more sustainable Malaysia for generations to come.
