Description

myHMB®, also known as calcium β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate, is a patented ingredient featuring a high purity level of HMB, standardised to over 77%. It helps improve muscle mass, strength and physical performance by increasing protein synsthesis and reducing protein breakdown.
