  • Menaquinone-7 (MK-7) is a bioactive form of vitamin K2 which is derived naturally from fermented soybeans (natto).
  • MK-7 has been shown to have better bioavailability compared to vitamin K1.
  • Vitamin K2 aids in bone mineralisation, which is positively associated with bone mineral density.
  • Vitamin K2 activates osteocalcin, a protein which promotes the accumulation of calcium into the bones.
