Terms and Conditions
1. The VitaHealth Year End Spend & Win [“Campaign”] is organised by VitaHealth Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (534481–V), [the “Organiser”].

2. By participating in the Campaign, the Participant is deemed to have fully and unconditionally agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions stated hereinafter. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
3. The Campaign will run from 0:00:00am on 15 December to 23:59:59pm on 31 January 2026 (“the Campaign Period”). The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, postpone, re–schedule and/or extend the Campaign Period and/or cancel/terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice. All entries received outside the Campaign Period shall be automatically disqualified.

4. Participants are required to complete the following steps to participate in the Campaign:
• Buy any VitaHealth products worth RM100 and above within Campaign period.
• Snap a photo of receipt as the proof of purchase (“POP”).
• Submit entry.

5. The Campaign is valid for any purchase of VitaHealth products.
6. The Campaign is valid for receipts within Campaign Period: 15 December 2025 to 31 January 2026.
7. Each POP is eligible for one [1] entry only. The Participant may submit multiple entries if there are more than 1 POP. The Organiser shall have the right to disqualify entries where: a) the POP submitted is a duplicate, incorrect, unclear and/or damaged; and/or b) the required details are not provided, incomplete, illegible, unclear and/or inaccurate.
8. The Organiser reserves the right to request for evidence of the original POP and identification document for verification. Failure to produce the POP upon request will result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture.

• the Participant is not eligible in accordance to the Terms and Conditions herein stated;
• the entries are incomplete and/or failure to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions;
• the Participant breaches any of the Terms and Conditions or other rules and regulations of the Campaign or violates any applicable laws or regulations;
• the Participant has undermined or tampered or attempted to undermine or tamper the operation or process of the Campaign in any way whatsoever, including but not limited to fraud, cheating or deception;
• the entries contain third party intellectual property rights that are used without prior consent from the rights holder;
• the entries contain obscene, profane, vulgar, abusive, hateful, threatening, harassing, offensive or otherwise inappropriate language, imagery or material, including without limitation any message/image which contains (a) swearing; (b) comments or actions which appear to be discriminatory of any person, company or group of individuals, for example, comments of a racist, sexist or homophobic nature; (c) sexual innuendo, sexual language or sexual acts, actions or gestures; (d) promoting any illegal unlawful activity such as drug use; (e) any message/image that appears to be an advertisement or solicitation to buy; and (f) any materials (whether written or visual) that directly or indirectly relate to VitaHealth competitors or that show any intention of promoting any brand other than VitaHealth; or
• The profile is removed or deleted within the winner selection or contact process.
10. Multiple entries are allowed, however, each Participant is only entitled to win one (1) Prize according to their registered Malaysian Identification Card Number.
11. Winners will be selected through Campaign system, either by means of manual or computerised in any method as the Organiser may determine at its absolute discretion. The Organiser shall reserve the right, at its absolute discretion, to review and vary the Winners’ selection process contained herein at any time without prior notice.
12. By participating in the Campaign, the Participants agree and acknowledge that all intellectual property rights thereto shall belong to the Organiser and you consent to the collection, use, processing and/ or disclosure by the Organiser any and all of your personal information including without limitation your name and Photo for purposes of the Campaign, including advertising, publicity, marketing and promotional activities of any goods or services of the Organiser, for an unlimited time in any media and without compensation and notification. Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership and/or other forms of compensation on the materials.
13. The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign, including without limitation, the determination of the Winners, and/or in every situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in the Campaign. No queries, themes or appeals may be made or entertained regarding the Organiser’s decision on the same. The Participants shall not dispute nor make any oral or written complaints, public announcements, or statements on the same during or after the Campaign Period.

The Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that the Organiser has reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has violated any of these Terms and Conditions.
17. Winners will be notified via phone or email or mail or such other communication nmethods deem fit to the Organiser. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non–receipt or delayed delivery of any form of notification to the winners.
18. All Prizes will be delivered to the stated mailing address after the Organiser has received the winner’s personal information within 2–4 weeks from the winner announcement date. The Organiser reserves the right to extend the timelines stated under this clause owing to reasons beyond the control of the Organiser.
19. All unclaimed Prizes after the deadline 15 February 2026 will be forfeited.
20. The Campaign Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other deals or goods or credit of any kind. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the Prizes with alternative Prizes or similar value at anytime without prior notice.
21. The Prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are accepted by the Winners without warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied. Should there be any damage or loss of the Campaign Prize delivered through courier services, the Organiser will not be responsible or liable to replace or compensate.
22. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or other expenses that are incurred to participate in the Campaign and to redeem the Campaign Prize is at the sole responsibility of the winners.

By participating in the Campaign or accepting the Prizes, the Participants agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against the Organiser from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Campaign and acceptance of any Prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
24. All Participants hereby warrant that all personal data given is true, correct, accurate and complete. The Personal Data will be recorded, stored or otherwise processed for purposes relating to the administration of the Campaign and for related advertising, publicity, marketing and our other legitimate business purpose. The Organiser may also use the Participants’ personal data for purposes of contacting and sending to you marketing and promotional information or materials about the products, services, any promotions, events or Campaigns organised by the Organiser.
25. To the extent that the applicable law allows, you have the right to request access to, request for a copy of, request to update or correct, your personal data held by the Organiser.
