  1. How do I know my order has been accepted?

    As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an Order Acknowledgement e-mail confirming your order details. If you do not receive the e-mail within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder just in case the e-mail got delivered there instead of to your inbox; or contact us at 1800-18-3288 for further assistance. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will only be processed on the next working day.

  2. What payment methods can I use?

    You can pay with MasterCard or Visa credit card. All transactions are encrypted and insured.

  3. How do I use a promotion code?

    A promotion code can only be used within its validity period, for online purchases at VitaHealth e-store. To apply, please enter your promotion code at checkout. The price reduction of your promotion code will be reflected on your order summary.

  4. What if my promotion code does not work?

    Your promotion code may be rejected if:

    • You have entered the promotion code incorrectly,
    • The promotion code has expired,
    • The promotion code is limited to a set quantity of purchases and the limit has already been met, or
    • The item ordered is not available for discounts as designated.

  5. What happens if one of the items I ordered is out of stock?

    If one of the items you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will process the remaining items first. The item will be sent to you once it is available.

  6. Can I change or cancel my order?

    You are unable to change or cancel an order online once you have received an Order Acknowledgement e-mail. Please contact 1800-18-3288 for further assistance.

  7. What are the delivery charges?

    Additional delivery charges may apply to your order. Delivery fees may vary depending on your location and size of your order.

    If an order has two pack sizes (less or equal to 200 tablets and more than 200 tablets), the rates shall be based on the higher charge of the two pack sizes for the first bottle. Delivery to a P.O. Box is not permitted.

  8. Can I send my order to a different address from my billing address?

    Yes, you have an option to enter a different delivery address during the checkout process.

  9. Do you deliver orders outside of Malaysia?

    At present, VitaHealth Online Shopping Mall only delivers orders within Malaysia.

  10. Can I change my delivery address?

    As soon as you have submitted your order, the delivery address is verified. If you would like to make any changes after checkout, please contact us at 1800-18-3288.

  11. When will I receive my order?

    Your order will be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days from the order date. All delivery lead times are estimates only. We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner but are not responsible for any delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.

  12. What if my order does not reach as expected?

    Your order might take longer to process depending on the availability of the items ordered. We endeavour to inform you as soon as possible if the items you have ordered are not available. If your order does not reach you within 14 business days, please contact us at 1800-18-3288 for assistance.

  13. What if the item I receive is incorrect or defective?

    In the event you receive an incorrect or defective item, or your ordered item is missing, please contact us at 1800-18-3288 within 7 business days from the day you received your order. Kindly return the item in the original packaging along with the tax invoice and free gifts received with it (if any). We will arrange for a replacement after receiving your returned item.

  14. Is the information I disclose kept private?
